The black and white combination is set to continue into next season, and this gorgeous dress from Dior is a fabulous example.  Made from cotton baptiste, the sumptuous feel of the fabric just adds to the luxury of this sleeveless sundress, as does the four layers that make up the underskirt.

A beautiful Scottish wool pinafore dress in this blue and grey check tartan, will look lovely with a crisp white blouse underneath and thick cosy tights. 

The boxy style of this pinafore gives it a different edge.  It is fully lined and has a nice boat-shaped neck and round armhole edges.  Four gold and enamel buttons add decoration to the small bodice.

This pinafore dress is available in sizes 3, 6 and 9 months only.

With a fresh nautical theme, this lovely pure cotton jumper with the embossed-feel boat cleverly incorporated into the design by using stocking stitch, can be purchased separately but looks so good with these trousers that buying the complete outfit is favourable.

As well as the boat, the jumper has neat pocket on one sleeve, and the opening of the jumper has also been cleverly incorporated into on of the raglan edges at the back, so easy putting on and taking off without discomfort to baby.

The trousers are made from a 50/50 blend of cotton and linen so are incredibly soft and comfortable and are designed to look like rolled-up cargo trousers in denim.

Cosy and cute, these super soft merino wool items are brand new and form part of the just released Spring 2010 collection for babies and toddlers from The Little White Company.  The three items (merino wool cardigan with a pretty frilled collar, the merino dress with cap sleeves, and the tiny suede shoes can be purchased separately, but don’t they look lovely matched together?

This is a true luxury item for baby girls, but with only 1 size remaining, it has proved to be a very popular choice, and consequently this leather jacket from Dolce & Gabbana has been reduced by more than a massive £275!  We all love to grab a bargain and purchase the sought after item at a reduced price, so if a luxury red leather jacket is what you are after for your baby girl, now is the time to buy it.

At the time of writing it is still white outside with tons of snow which is giving a fantastic view from my window.  Whilst it is looking so nice now (and perfect for the soon to be here Christmas), I know once it has melted we’re in for a messy, slushy time which is  a bit of a drag.  Nice then to see a number of items from the Spring 2010 collections begin to trickle through.  The thought of sunshine and lighter clothing is enough to shake away the miserable feeling of cold and dreariness.

It’s been many a year since I saw little baby shorts like these – but how good it is to see them back again!  Made from 100% cotton, these charcoal grey shorts have an elasticated waist and braces that cross over at the back, and are attached to the shorts by buttons.

I don’t know why this style of baby shorts went out of fashion as they are perfect for keeping t-shirts and tops in place without riding up and making baby uncomfortable.  They look smart too, so if you like traditionally styled baby clothing, these shorts  are for you.
