Girls Bow Frill Skirt |
This pretty frilled ra-ra skirt from Joules is a fun item ideal for parties, but can also be worn as daywear over leggings or skinny jeans for a trendy look.
The skirt is made from machine-washable 100% cotton and has an elasticated waist for easy dressing.
